In order to maintain the same size all these years, the 78-year-old doesn’t eat past 6 p.m., limits pasta to twice per week and doesn’t “abuse [herself] with sweets, sugars, cakes and fat.” But when it comes down to it, it’s likely her years of performing that have left her so strong and fit. “The main reason I’ve stayed looking good is that I’ve spent 40 years doing the most intensive stage workouts ever,” she said.
